XCMG Excavator maintenance procedures

1. Scope of routine maintenance of excavators

Once per class.

1. Clean the vehicle.

2. Remove dust and debris from the air filter, check the condition of the filter element, and replace it if necessary.

3. Check whether the sound of the engine is normal, and whether there is leakage in the oil and water pipelines.

4. Check and add fuel oil, cooling water, engine lubricating oil and hydraulic oil level.

5. Check the drive belts.

6. Check the horn, meter, indicator light and wiper.

7. Check the battery level and vent.

8. Check the tightening and lubrication of the sealing and connecting parts of the hydraulic system.

9. Check the track tightness and track pin.

10. Check the tightening of the driving wheel, guide theory, support theory, towing pulley and whether there is leakage.

 

2. The scope of primary maintenance of excavators

Do it once every 120-150h of running domestic equipment (250-300h of imported equipment). The maintenance content is to complete the following items on the basis of completing routine maintenance operations:

1. Disassemble and wash the air filter, oil filter, fuel filter and vent filter.

2. Check the oil temperature gauge, water temperature gauge and oil pressure gauge.

3. Check and tighten the working conditions of all parts of the engine.

4. Check the high-pressure oil pump, oil supply pump and oil supply pipeline.

5. Check the throttle control mechanism, flame arrester, intake and exhaust pipes.

6. Check the timing cover, valve cover, oil pan, front and rear oil seals of the crankshaft and external oil pipes.

7. Add lubricating oil and grease to the lubrication points.

8. Check the water tank and water pump, and adjust the tightness of the fan belt.

9. Check the oil radiator.

10. Check the fuel tank, hydraulic fuel tank and fuel filter.

11. Check whether the hydraulic pump, motor and valve parts work normally.

12. Check and tighten the track shoe bolts.

13. Check and adjust the tension of the track shoes. The deflection between the idler pulley and the guide pulley should be 20-30mm.

14. Check the operating mechanisms.

15. Check the sealing condition of towing pulley, roller, driving pulley and guide pulley and add lubricating oil (grease).

16. Check the fastening and sealing of the cab coupling.

17. Check the starter, generator, adjust the regulator and horn.

18. Check lights, wiring, safety devices, meters, switches.

19. Check the battery and bracket. The liquid level meets the requirements, the bracket is firmly fixed, and the line connection is reliable.

20. Fill in the operation record. Complete maintenance records as required.

3. The scope of secondary maintenance of excavators

It is carried out every 480-600h of operation (1000-1200h of imported equipment). The content of the work is to complete the following items on the basis of completing the first-level maintenance.

1. Clean the valve chamber and check the valve clearance.

2. Disassemble and wash the oil bottom and filter, check the large and small tiles, and change the oil according to the quality.

3. Clean the lubrication system and replace the oil filter element.

4. Check and correct the fuel injector. The atomization pressure of the fuel injector meets the requirements.

5. Overhaul and maintain generators and starters.

6. Check the battery and connecting wire. The liquid level and specific gravity meet the requirements, and the connection is reliable.

7. Overhaul the entire vehicle wiring, instruments, lights, safety devices, horns, regulators, solenoid valves, etc. There is no peeling, leakage or short circuit in the line. The meter works fine. The light is fixed and reliable, the brightness meets the requirements, and the speakers and regulators work normally.

8. Replace the hydraulic oil filter and fuel filter element, check the hydraulic oil quality, and replace if necessary.

9. Overhaul the door and the rocker. The switch is flexible and moves freely.

10. Check and adjust the clutch. The gap is suitable and the separation is complete.

11. Check the condition of guide wheel, support wheel, drive wheel, travel motor and steering device. All wheels are in good condition without damage, and the sealing ring is intact without leakage. The motor works normally, and the steering is flexible and reliable.

12. Check the track shoes, track pins and track bolts. No breakage or excessive wear.

13. Check the boom, forearm, bucket pin and bushing. No cracks, no looseness, good work.

14. Fill in the operation record. Complete maintenance records as required.

Section 1 Maintenance Procedures for Conventional Beam Pumping Units

1. Routine maintenance of conventional beam pumping units

Once per shift (8h).

1. Check the fastening bolts of each part, there should be no loose sliding buttons.

2. Check the gearbox, motor and bearings of various parts, there should be no abnormal sound, and the temperature should be normal.

3. Keep the pumping unit clean.

4. Record the use, maintenance and upkeep of the pumping unit.

2. Operation steps for primary maintenance of conventional beam pumping units

After running for about 720h, carry out first-level maintenance operations, including routine maintenance.

1. Press the stop button, brake the pumping unit (stop in a convenient position), and pull down the switch to cut off the power.

2. Remove the oil and dirt from the outside of the pumping unit.

3. Tighten the fixing screws of the gearbox, base, middle bearing, balance block, motor and other parts.

4. Open the inspection hole of the reduction box, release the brake, turn the pulley, and check the gear meshing condition.

5. Check the oil level and oil quality of the gear box. If it is insufficient, it should be supplemented. If it deteriorates, it should be replaced.

6. Clean the breathing valve of the gearbox.

7. Grease the centering bearing, tail bearing, crank pin bearing, donkey head fixing pin, etc.

8. Check whether the brakes are flexible and easy to use, and adjust if necessary.

9. Check the braids, if there are burrs or broken strands, they should be replaced; check whether the suspension plate is in good condition.

10. Check the tightness of the belt, if it is not suitable for adjustment; if the belt is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

11. Check the electrical equipment, the insulation should meet the specified requirements, there is a ground wire, and the contacts are in good contact.

12. Check that the center of the donkey head must be aligned with the center of the wellhead.

13. Measure the balance of the pumping unit, the three-phase current balance should be above 85%.

14. Record the use, maintenance and upkeep of the pumping unit.

3. Operation steps for secondary maintenance of conventional beam pumping units

After running for about 4000h, carry out secondary maintenance operations, including the contents of primary maintenance.

1. Stop the donkey head at the top dead center and brake.

2. Clean all the bearings of the pumping unit piece by piece and add enough grease.

3. Clean the inside of the reduction box with kerosene or diesel oil, clean the iron filings in the reduction box, add enough oil, and replace the pad and oil seal according to the situation.

4. Check whether the vertical and horizontal levels of the proofing pumping unit and the length of the connecting rod are consistent.

5. Check the wear of the brake pads, and adjust or replace the brake pads.

6. Check and replace vulnerable parts, such as crank pins, bushing keys, connecting rod copper sleeves, etc.

7. Insulate electrical appliances, check and adjust grounding or replace contacts, and lubricate and maintain the motor.

8. Record the use, maintenance, replacement and maintenance of the pumping unit.
